Fees

Insured Patients:

If you have acupuncture benefits within your medical insurance plan we will help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. Proposed treatment will be reviewed with you with an estimate of insurance payment and your expected co-pay or payments per appointment. Payment on your portion will be expected when services are rendered. If you have a flex or health savings account you must pay your portion at the time of service and you will receive a receipt showing your payment. You will then turn in your receipt to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed by your health plan. We will gladly answer any questions relating to your insurance. Balances for services are considered the patient’s responsibility. If your insurance company has not paid in full within 60 days of treatment, the balance will be expected from you. Co-pays and patient responsibility may vary with insurance company and with insurance plan. Co-pays are due at the time of service.

Non-Insured Patients:

If you are non-insured and are paying at the time of service, you receive a discount. Payment is due at the time of service.
